Love is in the air, so it’s time to get sweet and savory! Join us on February 14, 2018 at 6pm for our eighth annual Sau & Brau pig roast extravaganza! We’re throwing the ultimate V-Day dinner party, complete with slow-roasted whole pigs, delightfully savory sides, sweet tooth pleasing desserts as well as vegetarian options for our herbivore friends and fresh brews to quench your thirst. Bring a date or one could possibly be provided for you ?
Proceeds from this event will support CUESA (the Center for Urban Education about Sustainable Agriculture), an nonprofit organization dedicated to cultivating a sustainable food system through the operation of farmers markets and educational programs. Founded in 1994, CUESA operates the Ferry Plaza Farmers Market in San Francisco and Jack London Square Farmers Market in Oakland. CUESA’s educational initiatives inspire eaters of all ages to participate in cultivating a healthy food system, including free cooking demonstrations, farm tours, youth programs like Foodwise Kids and Schoolyard to Market, and more.
We will also have a donation bin for CUESA at the event, so we encourage you to donate!
• Ticket includes collectable glass, full pig roast meal complete with sides and dessert, and 4 tasting tickets redeemable for any core beer on tap.
• There will be a complimentary Happy Hour 6-7pm before dinner is served so come early and come thirsty.
• Must be 21+ to attend.
