Just download the Windows 64bit driver from their site raod copy to a flash drive Select the driver.

Wednesday, June 8, 2: Sorry to bring this back up, but I’ve tried all of these, and I’m having no luck whatsoever. I have been messing with this way too long.

I know this is an old thread but it still may be of use to somebody. It works well now.

This might be a very old thread. I don’t know if you absolutely HAVE to do this, probably not, but if you intend to use the server in a production environment, I would recommend it.
It may rad the Raid controller or hard drive driver.
